The apartment building is located in a quiet inner courtyard in the Katernberg district, only 2 km from the famous Zollverein World Heritage Site. The city centre can be reached by car in 12 minutes, the exhibition centre in just under 20 minutes. The station on the 107 cultural line is just a few minutes’ walk away – with public transport you can be in the city in just under 25 minutes. The Katernberg market with all the shops for your daily needs is within walking distance. Parking is free of charge directly at the building in the inner courtyard. Bicycles can be parked in a locked garage if needed.
