Location and area
The apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the Kray district of Essen, not far from the World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein. Directly at the house are free parking spaces, other free parking is available directly on the street sufficiently. By car you can reach the city center/main station in about 10-15 minutes, the trade fair in 20 minutes and the A 40 in about 10 minutes. Only a few meters away is the bus stop for the bus 155, which reaches the city center/HBF in about 15 minutes. The shopping center Schonnebeck with all stores for daily needs is about 5 minutes away by car (on foot about 15 minutes).
