Location and area
The apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the Schonnebeck district of Essen, not far from the Zeche Zollverein World Heritage Site. There are free parking spaces directly at the house, and there are also plenty of free parking spaces directly on the street. By car you can reach the city centre / main train station in about 10-15 minutes, the exhibition centre in 20 minutes and the A 40 in about 10 minutes. The bus stop for bus 155 is only a few metres away and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city centre / main train station. The Schonnebeck shopping centre with all the shops for your daily needs is about 5 minutes away by car (about 15 minutes on foot).
