The spacious, bright 4-room apartment is located on the first floor and has a living space of 120 m2. In a prime location in the middle of the popular district of Rüttenscheid (messenah, near the clinic), the apartment with 3 bedrooms convinces with a comfortable amount of space and is therefore made for several travelers or families. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with 2 box spring beds, which can be connected to form a double bed or placed individually, as required. The third bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed in the width of 120 cm. In the living room a spacious sofa and a dining table with 6 seats await our guests. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is very well equipped with a new kitchenette. A modern shower bath with daylight convinces as well as the offered regular cleaning service. High quality of stay also and especially for “long-stay” guests is therefore guaranteed.
