This comfortable apartment in a quiet location is surrounded by greenery and has excellent transport connections. A continuous streetcar service takes you to Rüttenscheid and the main train station in just a few minutes. The nearest bus stop (Voßbusch) is a three-minute walk away. By car, you can reach the A52 highway to Düsseldorf/Dortmund in three minutes and all destinations within Essen in a very short time. Messe Essen, the Gruga Halle and E.ON as well as the Bredeney office park are all within walking distance. Numerous parking spaces are available free of charge in the surrounding area. A 10-minute walk will take you to various bistros and restaurants, two bakeries, a supermarket, delicatessen, hairdresser, café and a small farmers’ market.
