Halbachhammer

The Halbachhammer was donated by Gustav Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach to the city of Essen for recreational purposes. Nestled in the Margarethenhöhe and the surrounding forests, the Halbachhammer is now one of the sites of the Ruhr Museum. Forging demonstrations take place every 1st Sunday of the month from 2 to 6 pm from April to October. Admission is free.
