You will be living in the beautiful south of Essen (Essen-Heisingen) in a quiet cul-de-sac. The small shopping street with shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached in about 15 minutes. It is only 5 minutes to Lake Baldeney (Baldeneysee). Both the exhibition centre and Essen city centre can be reached by car within 15-20 minutes. The bus line goes directly to Essen main train station.
