This great, recently renovated studio impresses with its high-quality and stylishly arranged furniture and a large flatscreen TV with cable connection. The living area is converted into a sleeping area in the evening. The high-quality closet has two electrically extendable Belitec beds in comfortable dimensions (1m x 2m). This allows the apartment to be used by one or two people depending on the occupancy. A small seating group and a dining area (counter with two bar stools) complete the living / sleeping area. The ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. All the necessary utensils that are needed for cooking are also provided. The windows were replaced in December 2019, so the highest level of sound and noise protection is now guaranteed.

The apartment is centrally located in the popular Essen Südviertel / Rüttenscheid. You can reach numerous restaurants and shops in the vicinity from the professionally run boarding house. The main train station can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. Bus and tram stops are only a few minutes’ walk away. Numerous other central destinations in Essen, such as the exhibition centre or the clinic, can be reached in a very short time on foot or by car (approx. 2 km away). Public parking is available in the area.
