Location and area
This personally managed apartment building is located on the edge of downtown Essen in the east quarter. The main train station and the city centre can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. The exhibition centre is approx. 4 km away. All motorways in the Ruhr area can be reached quickly, offering access to destinations in and around Essen. A bus with a direct connection to the main train station stops right in front of the building. The rooms are all quiet and face the inner courtyard. Parking is free of charge on the property right next to the building.
